FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty standard we go by the average pricing per year. I say that because prices of material, cost of living and business expenses Fluctuate year to year. We don't have hidden fees or leave any dollar floating in an Estimate to where the customer has to Ask where this or that dollar amount is coming from. Our estimates are very detailed, to the point and well broken done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well my process is pretty simple I get a lead and contact the customer or the customer will contact Me. Once the contact has been established I will set up for A good time to come out and look over whatever the customers looking to have done. I'll take measurements and do a sketch, I usually tell the customer I need about 3 days for an estimate some jobs are easier to where I can give an estimate on the Spot. I leave a contract for the customer to review during the Estimating period, This allows the customer to read and understand all 8 pages of the contract To ensure their protection if we were to get the job. The estimate is done we will either email, mail or hand deliver the estimate. If we get the job I like to set up a time that we can sit down and go over the contract so I know the customer understands the guidelines of the contract. During that time we will also go over all the job details as well as a day-by-day schedule of how the job will be carried out. We then set a start date and sign the contract.
