Ali and his team managed my unexpected bird issue with exceptional professionalism. Ali clearly explained the entire process and took steps to prevent the birds from coming back. Luckily, there were no baby birds in the nest. They removed the nest entirely, sanitized the area, and installed safeguards to keep the birds from returning. We noticed evidence of animals in our attic. Insulation was down and some items appeared chewed. Ali was very responsive to our request. He came out the next day, was very prompt and professional. He showed me the indications of mice. He treated the area appropriately, blocked access points and repaired the insulation. We have contracted with him to come back regularly to check and replenish bait stations.

They showed up earlier than I expected and went right to work clearing out a bird who had entered my roof through a missing panel and nested inside the roof. The team safely removed the bird’s nest and cleaned up the poop from the air conditioning unit below. Job well done.
