I liked that the technician was very knowledgeable about my appliance given that it is an old model. He didn't assume the washer could not be fixed due to the age but jumped right into fixing it and also offered other suggestions in keeping it in good working order. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free estimate for appliances when the repair is approved by you. If you do not wish to do the repair, our standard service fee of $75.00 (regular brand appliance)/ $85.00 ( high end brand appliance) + $10.00 if same day appointment/weekend will apply.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is first to schedule an appointment as soon as possible at the customer's earliest convenience and our availability. In many cases, we have same day service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians have at least 5 years plus of experience and many of them have 30 years of experience working in the field.
