I called for asbestos removal because the flooring contractor staff said they saw asbestos and could not reduce the flooring until it was removed. Pablo immediately came out from Orchard to provide a free quote for removal, but he indicated that he didn’t believe it was asbestos and suggested we have him get it tested before proceeding. He was right, the lab results came back negative which saved us a lot of money and time. Very professional and honest, would certainly use again.

Pablo was amazing - we found a ~36sq ft asbestos panel nested between our defective HVAC and our wall, and the HVAC folks wouldnt touch the system until it was gone. Pablo came to give me an estimate same day, did the job the next morning, and it looks great. Plus the price was fantastic! Please use him.

Pablo is fantastic . Took care of asbestos tiles in my living room. Was a bit of an emergency and he was available. Quality of work was amazing as well as reasonable cost compared to other companies. At the end of job had a certificate of air quality as well .
