This transaction was awesome from start to finish! Nelson came to give us the estimate. He was actually on-time. He asked exactly what we wanted done and what materials we wished to supply and what items he needed to provide. He gave me a fair estimate for the work we wanted done, then he drew up a contract and let me know what day his crew could begin, what time they would arrive and how long the project would take. On that date, Nelson and his crew were 15 minutes early and for each of the workdays they arrived on-time. His workers were courteous and quick to address any questions, concerns or changes we wanted to make along the way. They covered all items to ensure that they didn't get dust on them from the work and at the end of each workday, their cleanup left our home so neat and clean, you wouldn't know that they had been here. We hadn't selected a new mirror for our new bathroom, so you'll notice that it looks odd without it, but that was our choice. We've done quite a few DIY projects and I've hired my share of contractors, but I think I've found my got-to company when I hire again. N&M Construction will be the company we call on from now on!

I have been looking for a honest roofing company for several years now. I finally found one in N&M Remodeling. Nelson and his team did an outstanding job replacing my roof in 2 days and the one thing I liked the most about dealing with him was his honestly. When several other companies overcharged me in their estimates for the plyboard that was needed, he told me that I did not need as many pieces as I had been told. After seeing the job they did with the roof replacement, I also asked him to replace the aging gutters. My 30 year old house looks completely new and different and I am very pleased. I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend this company. The customer service is amazing and Nelson and his team take a great deal of pride in their work. I will definitely be hiring them again for various projects in and outside of my house.

Nelson and his team Have been my contractors for 4 years. They are always giving there best in making the best job, they have remodeled my basement, bathrooms, rooms, hardwood floor, siding, and roof. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to do work inside or outside of their house.
