We shopped around for a new roof for almost a year. FCH was the last company we saw and they gave us a very competitive quote for the amount of work they had to do. Had a emergency roof repair after heavy rainstorms caused a leak in my kitchen, previous roofing contractor took many shortcuts apparently. I reached out to FCH and they responded within 10 min, scheduled a site visit and showed up on time. Erik was very professional, sincere and upfront with the damages and shoddy work discovered and empathized with my situation. He met me where I was at with what I could afford and later in the day his crew showed up and got to work immediately. From my request on Thumbtack to job completion took all of 6-7 hrs. I wish this company and their team all the best.
