Orlando Carpet was fantastic. They came to give an in-person quote, which was cheaper than the three other estimates I collected. When I asked to proceed, he scheduled the installation within a couple of days and gave me a specific time rather than an installation window. His work was great, and throughout he was professional, considerate, and helpful...he even offered to install a closet door I had at no extra cost. I'd definitely hire him again .

Orlando is a carpet savior! The original stretching was poorly done, leaving the carpet loose and causing tenant complaints. Orlando came in and performed his magic. The result? Flawless carpets that look brand new. He was on time, extremely courteous, and exuded professionalism. The tenants were ecstatic with the results, and so was I. If you need any carpet repair or installation, Orlando is the only person you should call. His work is nothing short of extraordinary!

Orland was extremely nice to work with. He communicated well and was very responsive. They came in on the day of installation and removed the old carpet neatly and quickly. The installation of the new carpet was great. They took their time and it shows in the finished product. I am very satisfied with the carpet and would most definitely hire him again.
