This was a wonderful experience. The chef was punctual. The meal was exquisite. The occasion was a 76 birthday lunch in honor of my husband. 4 couples attended and each had the same experience. Everyone marveled about learning how each dish was prepared and explained by the chef. I intend to use Pure Kitchen again and wish chef Serge all the best.

Chef Serge is now known as "Super Chef" around these parts lol. From the quality of the food to the patient explanation of how he made each item, the meal was a smashing success. My usually-picky uncle was raving about each course, as he ate them. My aunt loved every single item, especially the rum cake and ice cream. It's been a few days since their romantic Jamaican Valentine's Day meal and they are still praising Chef Serge's food. I will definitely be hiring him again!
