I have catered all over the east coast and other parts of the country for 20 years. I can cook anything and have a great ability to pass along my skill and knowledge. A big part of what I provide are amazing sources for fresh local meats, seafood and produce. I guarantee the best value! Tom arrived at 1:30 and prepared and cooked all day long until we ate. His food was delicious and he was very friendly throughout the whole process. We all loved his creations and then his desserts were dreamy too!

Ok the best way to describe Tom Hirsch is "Chef Extraordinaire" I wanted to do a food themed party and I chose Cuban dishes...not knowing much about Cuban food I left it to Tom to work it out and omg he really went above and beyond everything was prepared to perfection I even had a Cuban friend who wanted to meet this Cuban chef!!! I had 50 guests who gave Tom a standing ovation!! I was so overjoyed and pleased he is preparing a kosher meal for 30 guests on Sunday. I absolutely loved his cooking his manners and his service!!!

Service was excellent and the food was superb. Big hit with our entire guest list and we are VERY selective. Most impressed. He worked with us on allergy issues etc. Great evening and fantastic meal.
