I have catered all over the east coast and other parts of the country for 20 years. I can cook anything and have a great ability to pass along my skill and knowledge. A big part of what I provide are amazing sources for fresh local meats, seafood and produce. I guarantee the best value! You will plan your event with me and I will be the one cooking and cleaning up, you won't be passed along from a salesman to a chef to the busboy. Personal service!! Tom is creative and resourceful. Which means you can have a wide variety of foods at very reasonable prices. He likes a challenge and understands the role of food in entertaining as well larger group activities. He has catered two wedding receptions for us way out of town and other smaller events.

Tom catered at my home a reception that we held after my Mom's funeral...He provided delicious, tasty food, he prepared everything fresh. Everyone was quite impressed with his spread. He brought all the materials needed to cook, serve, and clean up. I would use him again.
