After Guermi claimed to fix the issue (but didn't), MSR came out to replace the HVAC units, and did so quickly and at reasonable cost.

Moises came out and evaluated my problem gave me my options and I decided to replace my furnace. He gave me a good/fair price he came back on Saturday morning, arrived on time and promptly went to work installing my unit, finished in good time cleaned up and explained what was done and how it worked. I am truly satisfied.

MSR installed two new systems into our house. The downtime was 1 day per unit and we were up and running that night!!! The quality of work, price and overall experience was above any expectations we may of had.
We had a recent control board issue and Moses (owner) answered immediately and was out to the house that evening. This was in mid August and the prediction was 98 for the next day. Unit was back up the next morning. AMAZING!! MSR has set the bar!!

Moises provided excellent service. He changed out our airconditioning and heating machines and installed new thermostats. He worked very efficiently and was very careful and clean in his workspace. He was also on time and professional. It was great to work with him!

Talk with customer about the problem. Then take a look at the unit access the issue. Talk with customer about what needs to be done and go on from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the 4-years Acca School program, at Montgomery College in Maryland, I also have training for air conditioning and heating units like American Standard, Trane and Goodman. We have States licensing for HVAC work.
