My glorified through wall AC unit wasn't working, and David came out quickly to assess the problem. He was up front with me about the cost of the repair vs. getting a new unit, which was much appreciated. We also talked about a future project (putting in a ductless HVAC system) so I feel informed and like I have someone I can work with on some future home improvements. Friendly, on time, and straight forward. Would definitely recommend ICS.

We had Dave and Integrated Climate Systems install a Mitsubishi multi-zone ductless system at a rental property when the current AC system was starting to fail. They did a stellar job and were even able to complete the work in one day. Dave was always very accessible throughout the entire process of estimates through job completion - a quality often lacking in the bigger companies. We would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

David McReynolds did a great job. He was easy to talk to on the phone, listened well to my description of the problem, and provided a solid estimate of the costs based on that description. He arrived at the job as promised and quickly diagnosed a the problem and reported it to me with a cost of repair and options. He made the repairs quickly and provided an itemized invoice for my records. David was very professional and thorough in his work. I highly recommend David McReynolds.

We did a ton of research ahead of hiring Integrated Climate Systems LLC (ICS) to perform the job. David and team installed a new HVAC system for us in July 2017 and we're extremely satisfied with the end product/results. Most importantly, David is extremely knowledgeable in his craft (unfortunately, I can't say the same for a lot of contractors that came out to give us a quote) and responsive as well. We wouldn't hesitate to refer ICS to others, and will likely hire them again to do other work in the near future.
