Did not bring a carbon monoxide reader to service call regarding carbon monoxide leak. Individual was inexperienced and did not provide resolution to problem.

Jeffry,You were addressed in regards to numerous saftey concerns in regards to exhaust termination from 6 gas burning appliances exhausting through chimney,You were made aware of the saftey Hazard that may create for you and whomever else occupies the home due to improper draft,Your equipment is 25+ years of age and in need of more then reasonable repairs I will not work on equipment that isn’t safe to operate long term,System was neglected due to lack of maintenance we offered a replacement of 3 Combination Water heater and Boiler and to abandon the chimney this was the only option I can provide to ensure you sufficient operation and comfort due to the age of equipment system reliability is questionable and Your boiler is unpredictable and creates a great risk for whomever occupies the dwelling you are welcome to contact the Main office we only do quality work we won’t fix something that may cause a disservice in the near future especially with Carbon Monoxide,I suggested you look towards replacement options even it’s not with JTG LLC .
