Excellent! We are experiencing a heat wave. Brian promptly answered my request and scheduled an appointment the next day for an emergency repair. He was prompt and courteous. He got the unit working with a minor repair instead of playing games and recommending a costly repair. I appreciate him and will definitely contact him again.

I contacted Monk’s HVAC Repairs to have our AC units repaired in the evening, one of the hottest days in June. Bryan was super accommodating, kindly showed up late in the evening on the same day, and explained everything that was going on in detail. He went back to his company and picked up a replacement for the AC unit. He completed the repair before midnight. Our family was relieved from the steaming hot temperature. He also made recommendations for further repairs to improve the performance of the unit. Thank you, Bryan!

Brian at Monk’s HVAC Repair did a phenomenal job diagnosing and fixing my furnace.. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about detecting the damaged motor in my furnace as the heater wasn’t getting hot. However, once replaced and serviced. They immediately began working again.
