I cannot recommend Monks HVAC Repair enough! Bryan was absolutely incredible. From the moment he came out, his professionalism and thoroughness stood out. We originally had another company diagnose our issue as a blown blower motor, quoting us an extremely expensive repair. That would have left us without AC until we could save enough to afford it. Something told me to get a second opinion—and THANK GOODNESS I did. Bryan didn’t just take the initial diagnosis at face value. He carefully checked everything, making sure it wasn’t another issue that could mimic a bad blower motor. And sure enough—he discovered the REAL problem, got the replacement part quickly, and had us back up and running. He not only saved us a massive amount of money, but also saved my sanity during this stressful time. Bryan helped us fix a leakage in our coolant pipe. He was very very good with his work and was very professional. He not only helped fix the leak but also cleaned our compressor and fixed another potential issue with our AC capacitor. Would definitely recommend Bryan for your HVAC needs.
