He was great. diagnosed and resolved problem plus gave me a mu ch needed scanning lesson. much better and more cost effective than other online repair options I had tried. would definitely use him again( but Hope I will not need to😀

Murphy is a knowledgeable and honorable man of integrity. He kept our appointment and he got the job done. The added bonus was when he showed me features that my printer had that I didn't even know I had. Not everyone can repair a Lexmark, but my new "printer guy" had no problems. Thanks Murphy!

Very patient, easy to work with, able to diagnose the problem. And what he recommended has completely fixed the issue--- I have had no problems with my printer since Murphy helped me some months ago!

Mr. Payne was pleasant and professional from start to finish. Even though my job was small, he spent a great deal of time and showed great tenacity in trying to resolve my printer problem. He also charged a reasonable rate -- less than originally agreed upon as he was not able to resolve the issue fully (the fault lie with the printer, not with him). I will certainly contact Mr. Payne again if I need assistance. An honest, pleasant fellow and good worker is hard to find. - Rich L.

Murphy Payne did an excellent job in repairing my sharp copier. The price was great, and the quality excellent. When, a problem occurred in the process, he stayed with it until the job was done. I found Murphy to be most reliable and skilled, as well as patient and determined to follow through in a very professional manner until the job was done.
