Joe is the man! I had been fighting with some domain hosting issues for hours as my wife's small business email hadn't been working since switching services. He called me with minutes of posting on TT, and began working remotely to get everything setup properly. I'm super grateful to have the issue resolved and off my shoulders.

I can't say enough good things about Joe and the way he handled my inquiry. First of all, he responded IMMEDIATELY, asked all the important questions and then instructed me very patiently as to what to do. His professionalism is superlative. I thought my computer had a virus. However Joe figured out it was something totally different! He didn't make me feel silly regarding my lack of tech savvy. He was very respectful, very easy going and a pleasure to work with. His price was extremely reasonable. I wish I could keep him in my back pocket! If you're on Thumbtack, I would try him first for any IT issues. You won't find anyone better!

Joe was able to help my young teen repair his computer which was not functioning. He was able to help him restore his computer to full performance. My son found him to be very patient and at the same time completed the repair in less than an hour. The value of his services were very reasonable.

My mom was having problems with her fairly new printer and I was unable to figure it out. I didn't know what to do, and luckily I thought of Thumbtack! I found and hired Joe for the job, and he was great! He was very prompt in all of his communication with me, and he was able to resolve the issue remotely. All pricing is done on a per customer basis. We will discuss and agree on price before either party moves forward with accepting a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome any new customer and will treat everyone new or perivous customer the same. I work on a first come first serve basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently graduated college with a computer information systems major but I have held numerous jobs working on computer hardware, software and networking.
