- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
an initial phone call ,once problem has been determined I will schedule a time to meet,then I will clearly outline a plan of action to be agreed by both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
a college degree. plus factory training through Konica/Minolta,Sharp,Canon,Panasonic and Toshiba
