Ephrem responded right away when I submitted a last-minute request after a different contractor fell through. He arrived on time and had all the tools and materials needed, even replacing our broken storm door closer. When the brand new keyless Schlage lock I’d purchased wasn’t working, he was able to open up its components, determine the problem and repair it. Ephrem also did a great job repairing and painting a crack in my doorframe. He even offered to realign my door free of charge. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, prepared, and kind! My 7-month old loved him, too!
