Ricky contacted me within minutes of submitting a request to have a new faucet and stopper installed. He was very professional and transparent with pricing. The pricing was also great as the company that I purchased the faucet from was going to charge much more for the same service. Booked for next day garbage disposal installation, as mine had broken and left the sink inoperable. Ricky called within the hour and asked if he could come that same day for the repair.
