- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my price off of how much time I believe it is going to take what size the dog or cat is and what you need done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I work on a new pet I like to get a sense of what the owners daily or weekly routine is with their pet how often is the animal outside how often do they brush a bath how much would they keep up with the maintenance depending on the cut or style that they want. I think it is important for a customer to be completely honest with the type of cut and style they want and tell the groomer exactly what they're looking for and if they can provide pictures that would help even more
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will have my certification in pet grooming most pet groomers are not certified and it is not necessary as of yet to be certified but with my education I will be certified
