I’m licensed and insure plumbers. if that matter to you . I use to work for one of large nationwide plumbing company , there is where I learn my plumbing skills and train. And where I get my plumbing license and good habit of doing a good job quality service. I do professional plumbing jobs and I love what I do . I do fair with the price and the best skill.My focus is quality. I never cut corner when it’s more expensive. Khai was amazingly responsive - I literally heard back from him within a minute of submitting my request. And he was able to schedule the work for the next morning. He was right on time and notified me enroute. He immediately recognized the problems in my toilet and sinks; providing me clearly understandable options with pros/cons and costs. The job was finished quickly; Khai showed what he had done, and left everything neat and clean, with his company contact info where I can easily see it. Because he was so knowledgeable, I asked him about my non-working dishwasher; I got answers and know how to proceed. Khai had a great sense of humor to boot! Wish I hadn't waited so long to cry "Help!"

I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .

I finished my high school at seven day Adventist school got my diploma in Malaysia international college OPTIMA I Used to work for rotor rooter Nationwise no plumbing company in Baltimore DC branch for 16 years.
