I contacted Khai about getting our hot water heater flushed. That had been on my "to do" list literally for a couple of years. He was able to come out right away. He was friendly and professional. He was very patient with my questions, and went over basic maintenance issues that we should keep in mind. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing services.

Khai did a great job replacing some really old, complicated plumbing in my shower. Instead of pushing an expensive repair, he presented me a few options with pros and cons, which I really appreciated. He definitely knows his stuff and even went the extra mile, returning the next day to build an access hatch in the wall for the new valves he installed.

I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off

I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .
