I hired Khai to help drain my water heater. When he did, he showed me how deteriorated my coils became which explains why my hot water was always inconsistent. He was able to do the repair right then and there. I'll be hiring him again!

I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .

I finished my high school at seven day Adventist school got my diploma in Malaysia international college OPTIMA I Used to work for rotor rooter Nationwise no plumbing company in Baltimore DC branch for 16 years.
