Khai was quick to respond to my query and showed up promptly. He offered 3 options and I chose the option that worked for my budget. My hot water temp is back to where it used to be after he drained the hot water tank. He recommended other services but was not pushy about it which is great. Will call again if needed !!

Khail responded quickly. He resolved the immediate concern (blocked main drain). I asked him about doing additional work, but he was honest and stated that it would be a waste of my money! I appreciated the honesty and the profressionalism. I ended up hiring him for a new hot water tank and a new valve on the main shut off.

I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off

I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .

I finished my high school at seven day Adventist school got my diploma in Malaysia international college OPTIMA I Used to work for rotor rooter Nationwise no plumbing company in Baltimore DC branch for 16 years.
