I’m licensed and insure plumbers. if that matter to you . I use to work for one of large nationwide plumbing company , there is where I learn my plumbing skills and train. And where I get my plumbing license and good habit of doing a good job quality service. I do professional plumbing jobs and I love what I do . He was very quick to respond and was able to get the job done right away as I was in a hurry/bind. Very professional and gave me two options for repair. Broke the cost down for me. I was not able to be present but he sent me detailed pictures and explained everything. I would definitely use him again!

Khai plumbing did a great job and saved us about $1000 vs the other quote we got - he was able to fix the toilet without replacing it and said it should last another 20 years!

I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished my high school at seven day Adventist school got my diploma in Malaysia international college OPTIMA I Used to work for rotor rooter Nationwise no plumbing company in Baltimore DC branch for 16 years.
