I’m licensed and insure plumbers. if that matter to you . I use to work for one of large nationwide plumbing company , there is where I learn my plumbing skills and train. And where I get my plumbing license and good habit of doing a good job quality service. I do professional plumbing jobs and I love what I do . We had a great experience with Khai Plumbing and Drain. Our plumber, Mr. Lunteng, called ahead of time, arrived promptly, and was incredibly courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work was done efficiently, and he even cleaned up the area when finished. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished my high school at seven day Adventist school got my diploma in Malaysia international college OPTIMA I Used to work for rotor rooter Nationwise no plumbing company in Baltimore DC branch for 16 years.
