Khail responded quickly. He resolved the immediate concern (blocked main drain). I asked him about doing additional work, but he was honest and stated that it would be a waste of my money! I appreciated the honesty and the profressionalism. I ended up hiring him for a new hot water tank and a new valve on the main shut off.

I am so grateful for Khai Plumbing & Drain, the issue for my home was that water in the bathtub would not drain, the drain was badly clogged and using the sink caused water to fill up in the bathtub. My home is older/old pipes, Khai snaked the bathtub whic stopped the sink issue too, he gave explanations using plumber pictures, plus his sense of humor helped my nerves during the correction process. The price is fair and his response is Quick. Hire Khai you won’t be disappointed.

I am not the cheapest one but I am not the most expensive plumber I have invest tool and knowledge all the major plumbing company have license insurance and warranty if you are elderly senior citizens I will honor that 10% discount if you are Military personnel law enforcement first responder teacher you will have 5% off
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mainly work with a customer need immediate service and who like to do the job the right way .

I finished my high school at seven day Adventist school got my diploma in Malaysia international college OPTIMA I Used to work for rotor rooter Nationwise no plumbing company in Baltimore DC branch for 16 years.
