Sink or Faucet Installation or Replacement
Kelvin is on point. He responded back the first on my post to professionals, provided exactly what I asked for (a labor price to simply install a kitchen sink.. no convoluted site visits or diagnostic fees to come out) and since I gave him the exact faucet to install at home depot, when we spoke he offered to just buy it for me and pass the cost on to him. He also offered to do the work next day and took over the coordination with my tenant to get access to the unit. Professional, convenient, simple. I mean, the list probably won't end if I get going.. but you should stop reading this and do yourself a favor and just hire the guy. Nearly 500+ five star reviews are really speaking for themselves here..

Sink or Faucet Installation or Replacement
I was in urgent need of someone to help me install my kitchen faucet after my countertops were installed. I talked to kelvin and he knew exactly what I was talking about and assured me he would do the job. He arrived an earlier than I thought he would and ended up installing the faucet, fixing the drains and the short off valves. The guy knows what he is doing. I will definitely hire him again. I get very comfortable with him on my home which was strange cus I’m usually not that way with new people. All in all he did a wonderful job and did I say he was affordable too? You can trust him with your work. Thanks again kelvin

Sink or Faucet Installation or Replacement
Ok so Kelvin is admittedly not good with being on time, so please mentally start out with being flexible on his start time on the day of the project as you will be truly rewarded. Expect him to be late, but he will let you know he is delayed. Once he shows up he gets down to work without letting up until all problems are solved and things are in complete working order. We challenged Kelvin with a cracked oversized kitchen sink, rusty garbage disposal and awkwardly mounted faucet removal & replacement which I had many others turn down the job or provide astronomical estimates. Not only do we love the sink, garbage disposal & faucet but really appreciate that he fixed a long time hidden leak that had plagued us for years. There is a reason Kelvin has so many 5 star reviews! So again DO NOT get hung up on punctuality...just get him there whenever you can. You will not be disappointed!

Sink or Faucet Installation or Replacement
Kelvin is a highly skilled plumber. I always have a fear that I will hire someone and they will do a horrible job, especially when you have them doing work in your home. If you are carefully considering who to hire, hire “Gifted Hands”. I’m completely satisfied, he could not have done a better job. He replaced a console sink in an “old” house. Kelvin is a perfectionist and his work is great. Hire him and if he is booked you may want to wait until he is available. He’s that good.

Sink or Faucet Installation or Replacement
Kelvin was great to work with. Responsive, quality work and good value. Got a quote from him for a kitchen faucet installation at 11pm and it was installed by 3pm the next day!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?my pricing is fair nothing is written in stone. anything can be revised. as long as it is still within reasonable profit margin. that can satisfy my client and I. typically my prices are within the mid range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?establish a face to face consultation followed by emailed estimate. within 2-3 days of consultation. once contract has been approved and signed we work to stay within agreed allotted time to finish projects. typically we do unless unforseen events arrive either at the job or in personal matters. after several years of knowing my customers I extend a credit line to them. we become family. It is a pleasure to accept new customers and new challenges.we are always happy to please
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?training 17 years on the field. some with established remodeling companies. And the rest I had to study and get certified for.
