Molding or baseboards,
Kelvin offers his services at a great value. He recently fixed a railing in my house, which turned out to be a bigger job than it seemed. He communicated with me throughout the process and explained the issues after completing the project. I’m always looking for a good handyman so I’ll definitely be considering him for future projects.Apr 16, 2018Verified

Fence and Gate Repairs
I was very happy with work done by Kelvin from Gifted Hands. He was punctual and professional. He finished my fence repair work along with another drywall repair job. For both cases, he gave me his options, pros and cons of each and he also listened to my needs and requirement. He is very neat in his work as well. I'd highly recommend him for any handyman projects.Mar 13, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?my pricing is fair nothing is written in stone. anything can be revised. as long as it is still within reasonable profit margin. that can satisfy my client and I. typically my prices are within the mid range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?establish a face to face consultation followed by emailed estimate. within 2-3 days of consultation. once contract has been approved and signed we work to stay within agreed allotted time to finish projects. typically we do unless unforseen events arrive either at the job or in personal matters. after several years of knowing my customers I extend a credit line to them. we become family. It is a pleasure to accept new customers and new challenges.we are always happy to please
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?training 17 years on the field. some with established remodeling companies. And the rest I had to study and get certified for.
