Kelvin was fantastic! Our garbagedisposal stopped working on a Friday evening and he was able to come within the hour, diagnose the problem (actually electrical and not plumbing) and replace the on/off switch for the disposal that needed to be replaced. my pricing is fair nothing is written in stone. anything can be revised. as long as it is still within reasonable profit margin. that can satisfy my client and I. typically my prices are within the mid range.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
establish a face to face consultation followed by emailed estimate. within 2-3 days of consultation. once contract has been approved and signed we work to stay within agreed allotted time to finish projects. typically we do unless unforseen events arrive either at the job or in personal matters. after several years of knowing my customers I extend a credit line to them. we become family. It is a pleasure to accept new customers and new challenges.we are always happy to please

training 17 years on the field. some with established remodeling companies. And the rest I had to study and get certified for.
