I had the shower going full force and it refused to turn off. In repair the expert found a horror story inside the walls. We are currently working on repairs. It is costing more, of course, but the interior of the walls was beyond believe. Im happy with who is doing the work.

my pricing is fair nothing is written in stone. anything can be revised. as long as it is still within reasonable profit margin. that can satisfy my client and I. typically my prices are within the mid range.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
establish a face to face consultation followed by emailed estimate. within 2-3 days of consultation. once contract has been approved and signed we work to stay within agreed allotted time to finish projects. typically we do unless unforseen events arrive either at the job or in personal matters. after several years of knowing my customers I extend a credit line to them. we become family. It is a pleasure to accept new customers and new challenges.we are always happy to please

training 17 years on the field. some with established remodeling companies. And the rest I had to study and get certified for.
