We contacted EES Services to inquire about getting our chimney inspected. We have lived in our house for about ten years, but never once used the fireplace. Through the years, we did have quite a few wasps come in through the chimney and we really had no idea what was potentially living up there. We relayed this to EES and they set up a time to come out and inspect and sweep our chimney.
Jose, the owner, is top notch. Very professional, very prompt, and very knowledgeable. He provided multiple pictures of EVERYTHING (showing inside the chimney and outside the chimney) and gave us options to rectify the fireplace's issues. For what it's worth, there was a small wasp nest up there but since it was early March... no wasps were present.
We thought about our options for a few days and decided to have EES repair the chimney so as to stop water intrusion - this involved constructing a new cement crown and installing a new damper at the top of the chimney. Again, he took pictures of everything and took no shortcuts.
By virtue of our experience, my wife and I highly recommend EES Services and are looking forward to living a wasp-free lifestyle moving forward.

Jose was great. He communicated well throughout the process. They worked diligently and thoroughly to clean my air ducts that had never been cleaned in 35 years, and my dryer vent that was completely clogged. My AC is working fantastic now and I have great air flow, especially in rooms that weren't cooling well before. I'm very happy with the service provided.

I had someone come in to perform an inspection and to clean two chimneys last year. I have not been satisfied because I have continued to see soot falling onto the floor of the chimney and the floor of my living room. I have not used this chimney since being here. Today, I am using EES SERVICES and I can honestly say they are professionals. They have cleaned the fireplace and chimney of excess dust and soot (should have been removed in first cleaning), performed an inspection and explained the entire process to me. They ran a camera up the chimney and have taken pictures of the chimney lining to show me where cracks and moisture are. Went on the roof and also took pictures to show me cracks around the chimney where water could seep in and cause moisture. Also inspected and showed me where the ducts leading to the furnace are not properly installed and could cause carbon monoxide problems. They appear to be sincere and honest gave me great advice to help me energy and prevent health problems or dangers.
I have attached a copy of the picture taken to show the dust and soot found after their cleaning of the chimney and fireplace. This should not be if a thorough job was done by the previous company.

Great job. I went with a cheaper offering that didnt fix my vent and probably made it worth. Much better working with a true professional. Also cleaned out my chimney at the same time.
