Jose called as planned to confirm our appointment the day before and the morning of. He was punctual. They took about 3 hours to clean all the air ducts and the dryer vent. They showed us before and after pictures as they proceeded, and the total quantity removed when they were done. They left the place clean. Jose also found that we had a light to disinfect that was not functioning. He was helpful in explaining what needed to be done, and advised to replace the dryer vent, as our home inspector had last fall. I had forgotten.

Mr. Jose Salazar is such a professional! I am very impressed with his quick responses, ability and work quality as well as the fair pricing to replace both my bathroom & dryer vent in the attic. He always call to inform us of his ETA, send us appointment reminder and he's so punctual!!!! He is very respectful of our house and always wore booties and use blanket on the area he worked on and cleaned up after his work! I couldn't be any happier that I decided to go with him and his company, EES Services, LLC. I plan to have him come back yearly for our vent cleaning and of course will hire again if we have any vent issue in the future. You won't regret it if you go with Mr. Salazar and his company, definitely a pleasure to hire!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Hired for dry vent cleaning. They arrived early and handed a copy of their license and insurance and were very polite, professional and efficient. Snaked a bird's nest out (along with a lot of debris) and replaced the broken vent cover to prevent further nesting/ bird return. Cleaned dryer tubing before reattaching. Flat fee with no extras. I would definitely use them again.

I had someone come in to perform an inspection and to clean two chimneys last year. I have not been satisfied because I have continued to see soot falling onto the floor of the chimney and the floor of my living room. I have not used this chimney since being here. Today, I am using EES SERVICES and I can honestly say they are professionals. They have cleaned the fireplace and chimney of excess dust and soot (should have been removed in first cleaning), performed an inspection and explained the entire process to me. They ran a camera up the chimney and have taken pictures of the chimney lining to show me where cracks and moisture are. Went on the roof and also took pictures to show me cracks around the chimney where water could seep in and cause moisture. Also inspected and showed me where the ducts leading to the furnace are not properly installed and could cause carbon monoxide problems. They appear to be sincere and honest gave me great advice to help me energy and prevent health problems or dangers.
I have attached a copy of the picture taken to show the dust and soot found after their cleaning of the chimney and fireplace. This should not be if a thorough job was done by the previous company.
