Used this service to clean carpets during a move out. They were very prompt, quick and did an excellent job. Even threw in a spot cleaning for one area of carpet not included in the service for no extra charge. Would definitely use their services again!

10 out of 10 experience. I had a room that was rented to a squatter who left the room a complete mess, the carpet had all sorts of stains on it. Impeccable cleaning responded immediately to my request for quote and didn't just show up the same day, he pulled up within 2 hours. I live on a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and the weather was 100+ degrees, the man showed up at noon, (hottest time of a hot day) was professional bringing up the equipment 3 flights of stairs and did the best job. Not only did he get rid of all the stains but the carpet looks brand new. The foul odor of the squatter is gone and he did all of that in less than 40 minutes. I will be using his services for any future carpet or air duct cleaning, it's hard to find people who take that level of pride in their workmanship
