I contacted Pure Air and Brick and I received a response right away, the day of my appointment Ivan was very prompt actually he was 30 minutes earlier. He was very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning out my dryer vent he explained to me everything he also showed me before and after pictures. Ivan went over and beyond and I was more than pleased with the great service I received and I will use him in the near future.
