I got Ivan to perform a dryer vent cleaning which was never cleaned before. He showed up on time, and proceeded performing the job quite expeditiously. He took pictures, before and after. Explained what he did and locked the vent back with pictures. All this helped big time as I was not at the home. Once done, he sent me an online receipt which helped as that was required by my HOA. So, all was performed very quick and highly professional. 5* service folks.
