We are so happy that we found Milos Restoration. We appreciated their diligence and timely service. They followed up when they said they would, came to our house, and did not stop pondering until they found a way to solve our problem. The end result left our granite counter looking better than it did when the house was first built. Their price was reasonable and they also cleaned the work area when they were done. Outstanding service. Juan spent 2.5 hours attempting to find a fix for my severely stained granite countertop BEFORE giving the estimate. Unfortunately, the counter was too damaged to repair.
There was NO CHARGE for this 2.5 hours of work since the counter was unrepairable!
Honesty and integrity! Need I say anymore...yes! They showed up on the same day I requested service.

Milo's restoration cleaned up our basement flooring after a recent flood. We decided to have the floors machined polished instead of putting hardwood back down. We are extremely pleased with how it turned out! The floor has amazing character and is a great accent to our renovation! The attached picture show the final work in the flooring. Extremely pleased with how it turned out.

He did an excellent job. His preparation and clean up were meticulous. Better yet, our Carrara marble counters that were scratched and dulled now look new. And they will stay that way given the highest quality sealer he applied. Highly recommended.
