FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I consider how much prep time is necessary when I develop my quote. A potential client might think that they should pay for "just a couple of hours" of my services. They need to consider that there is a lot of preparation time involved in the design process, fulfillment process, and finally, the day of executing my services. I am very proud of my work and I will not take a project if I don't think I can elevate your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a consultative approach when I start working with a new client. I consider the client’s theme, their budget, and I provide my creative solutions. I am very resourceful, so I enjoy suggesting other vendors* who can help fulfill the client's vision. *=I do not receive referral fees
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became interested in event planning when I was in college. I managed corporate events and I received very good feedback. Within the past couple of years, I would often receive requests for event decoration fulfillment. Soon after, I would receive requests for event planning. I established my LLC in the beginning of 2023, and now have a team of four.
