It was truly a pleasure to work with Lauren throughout the planning process and during our wedding. She was professional and attentive, but did not disrupt the flow of our wedding day. She was available to answer questions, was willing to meet with us prior to the wedding day to do a walk through of the ceremony and event space, and she was flexible with our schedule and requirements for certain photographs. Due to our schedule, Lauren and her co-photographer had to work with minimal time and with some pretty excited young children. She and her colleague were able to move the photography process along quickly (and in the rain) while maintaining the joy of the day. I look forward to receiving the end product, but I know there will be some amazing pictures as well as some fun artistic pictures because they were very intuitive about placement and poses, particularly as the sun and sky changed as the rain let up. It was a great day!

We hired Lauren as our photographer for our wedding ceremony preparation, wedding ceremony and our wedding reception. She was with us basically from the time we woke up to the end of the night. From start to finish she was very patient, helpful and went above and beyond what normal photographers would do. The entire experience with her was flawless and we could not have asked for anything better or a nicer and kinder person. She was helpful throughout the process, even with our crazy family. Her expertise shined when it most mattered and the photography we have received is beautiful. Her eye for details and for capturing the very important moments will be something not only we are proud of, but will proudly be displayed in our house for all to see. It is something we will hold very close to our heart for the rest of our lives with the memories she elegantly captured.

Lauren was on time for the graduation party she was hired to shoot. She was unobtrusive and took time to photograph the little details and candid moments. She was professional, very personable and calm. She did a great job capturing the celebrant, family and guests. I would hire her again.

Lauren was a fantastic photographer for my wedding. She was able to capture the evening perfectly, even in low-light settings. She brought a second photographer along who was also extremely professional and kind. Lauren helped me through the process of planning the photos, and even helped corral my family the day of the wedding to get the photos done. She was extremely kind and professional, which is important when you're being photographed dressing in your wedding gown! I highly recommend her.

Lauren and her second shooter did a great job capturing pictures of our friends and family on the dance floor--exactly what we were looking for and had asked her to do!
Speaking of Lauren's second shooter, my husband and I were dazzled at the value of the whole package. We could hardly believe the number of great photos the two of them captured.
We knew we liked Lauren from the get-go, when she met us in DC for coffee and we realized we'd be happy to have her as a friend. Her relaxed but professional approach to planning and shooting our wedding was perfectly in line with our own planning style.
