I contacted Joe because my dual monitors were not working. After a quick troubleshoot we realize that one of the VGA cables were bad. After purchasing the cable and installing it I was still having some issues with my monitors. Joe did a skype meeting and walked me through how to configurate all the settings. I highly recommend Joe for your IT needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is done on a per customer basis. We will discuss and agree on price before either party moves forward with accepting a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome any new customer and will treat everyone new or perivous customer the same. I work on a first come first serve basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently graduated college with a computer information systems major but I have held numerous jobs working on computer hardware, software and networking.
