- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for an in-person job begins with me being invited into the client's home to perform assessments on the client's questionnaire, perform a closet purge, organize it, take pictures of all the items for the virtual closet, put together looks, measure client, compile a shopping list, and donate items after purge. After the in-home visit, I will later send you shopping items for you to review, your feedback will be required for me to know if you like or dislike. With collaboration of sharing ideas, once you approve of the collages, I will then go shopping based on your budget. The shopping will be done by me in stores and online. I will bring the items to your house for fitting, items that you do not like, will be returned. You will be given a virtual app which will house every item in your closet and your lookbook. For the virtual option, every service will be offered except the closet audit. All the shopping based on your budget will be done online. The items that best fit the client will be emailed to you in the form of a lookbook along with a list of all the items and the links to purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love learning so I have taken great online courses such as School of Style for Personal Styling, B school and coaching from Rachel Rodgers and Mia Redrick. I’m currently taking marketing courses for my business.
