We had been hot for two weeks during the hottest weeks on record. We contacted three companies and no one could do the job. These guys came out the same day and had our AC fixed in two days. We are insanely grateful for the fast and expert service.

Great service responded almost immediately to my email, and then came to check out my HVAC within 5 hours. I've used another company before who kept trying to upsell me. JC&JC told me that my HVAC was getting old and becoming less efficient, which is why it isn't performing as well as it used to. They didn't insist that I needed a new system, but gave me an installation price range for when the time came. I will definitely be calling them again if I have issues in the future.

My HVAC went out during a heat wave. I attempted to call so many HVAC companies and did not get a response or they canceled on me. JC and JC came out immediately and assessed the situation. Unfortunately my unit was 20 years old and they recommended replacement. I wanted to be sure they gave me a fair price, so I called more companies to get additional quotes. Jc and Jc had the cheapest price and could install that day. Karla in the office was very gracious with my 5 million questions and even explained the financing to me. They installed while I was at work so that I didnt need to miss work! My home was locked back to my instructions and the construction zone was cleaned back to perfection. They took care to ensure my cat didnt get out while they came in and out. Overall they made a very frustrating experience a breeze

I was very happy with the work Tony did for us with JC&JC HVAC, What I was not happy with was the only option for the digital thermostat. It required a costly rewire and I was provided with an older lite version model which was the only immediate option. So I would say very good on the installation and not good on the value.

JC and JC HVAC was so excellent to work with. We just purchased our condo and as soon as the weather got hot, our AC struggled to keep up. JC and JC came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, explained it in terms I could easily understand, and set up a time to return for the service the very next day. They were early for their appointment and were done and out in less than an hour. Their prices were transparent and reasonable and both technicians were great to work with. Will 1000% use again when I have HVAC needs!
