It started with a prompt appearance, with all the tools necessary for the job, a professional approach, an agreement on where to do the work, and then hands off. A few hours later a question respecting where the debris should be put, and close inspection of work done to perfection and the area cleaned. His work deserved a bonus! I agreed!
