- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of business because I wanted so many things done around my home but I was on a tight budget. I started teaching myself how to do various projects by watching videos, reading, and just starting projects and learning as I go. I have grown to enjoy working on various projects and I am not satisfied until the job is 100% complete.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give is that each job different and no matter how easy a job seems, It can be more difficult. But just remember, any job can be completed with the right tools, planning, and a splash of patience. Also, providing pictures and/or details of the project would be helpful for the professional.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Some questions customers should think about are: How to you envision your project after it is complete? How long do you feel the project would take? What are the cost of the supplies that are needed to complete the project? What if the project takes longer than I think, will I be alright with that?
