- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies on the pricing because of the problems. For instance, a touch up can be $50- $100. Pending how big or small. A broken arm on the sofa can be $100- $200, a cleaning to a sofa is $95.00, a basic repair $125.00, a re-upholstery job per seat(chair) can range $35 to $65, pending how much work needs to be done. Again on what type of furniture, how small or big of the damages. Please feel free to contact me and i can be more detailed to the information you may ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get calls of the problem of the furniture. Need photos and descriptions of the problem. Will assess the damage from the photos and descriptions. Lastly, we quote on the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate from Johnson and Wales University. I have business degree. I have taken one year course of IT. i also served 8 years in the military. Years of training in furniture business. Feel free to ask me more if you wish.
