Overall a good experience. Needed basement redone (new floors, insulation, drywall, paint, and improved structure stability) after waterproofing that was done a few years prior and the work was completed in less than 2 weeks and done very well. Jorge is very responsive and takes the time to explain and was very open to rework or redo any of my minor issues. I had questions about everything and he was always patient and thorough. He is not only the leader but also has the skillset and was able to take care of some aesthetic issues I was anal about. Don't be upset or not happy about anything. Always speak up. They are there to do a good job and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy.

Only challenges were little communication with people who come and do the work. I like to understand what is being completed during the day and sometimes they were confused about what was to be included in the work. (which seems to be the case when different teams work on different things). Also they just left without saying anything at the end of the day. This didn't allow me to ask questions about the work and to determine what was happening next.

Ultimately Jorge as the project leads knows all so was able to keep me abreast of plans once I asked. Excellent job! I will be utilizing them for future reno projects!
