Actually all 5 of the suggested descriptives applied - Great quality, value, professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness! It was a great experience working with Edbin. What stood out most to me was his professionalism and patience—despite having to reschedule twice on my end, he remained consistently positive, responsive, and respectful throughout the entire process. He completed drywall work related to electrical and lighting repairs, and the quality was truly exceptional. I had seen other reviews praising his drywall work, and I can confidently say they are absolutely accurate. Edbin is punctual, reliable, and works efficiently without cutting corners. His calm, friendly demeanor made a big difference—I was able to focus on other household tasks while he worked independently, and everything was handled smoothly without any issues. We recently had a roof leak that caused some water staining in the bedroom below. After the leak was repaired, I came to Thumbtack to find someone to fix the staining. Edwin responded to my request and we chatted/shared photos. He showed up right at the appointed time, got a sample of the drywall to get a new can of paint (I couldn’t recall what the color was and didn’t have any on hand - it’s been a while). He left to get a paint match and returned, repairing and repainting the drywall. Looks like new! I’d be happy to hire him again!

Had a great experience with this handyman. He repaired a ceiling drywall patch from a leak, cleaned up the area around the light fixture, and painted everything so it blended in seamlessly. The space was left clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. Quality work, efficient, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be hiring him again—I’ve got a long punch list ahead.

Edbin did a good job on my water damaged wall. He and his crew enclosed the wall, painted and installed baseboards. I pointed Edbin a couple concerns regarding the work his crew did the first day, but Edbin corrected everything the final day. Edbin stands by his promise delivering good work and he did. Very trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommended and will hire him again in future drywall job.
