Carlos and his partner responded quickly to Thumbtack messages. We set a date and time for the appointment, they kept me informed of their arrival time, and they showed up on time. They went to work right away, checking the chimney, cleaning and checking the logs and the gas feed. They confirmed that the gas system worked properly and demonstrated how to use the system. The chimney check inside and out was thorough and revealed that mortar was missing between flue tiles. They advised that a chimney liner should be installed and provided a detailed estimate for needed work. I would highly recommend them for chimney evaluation and gas fireplace service.

I had a great experience with this service when they came out to service my gas fireplace. From start to finish, their communication was excellent.
