Dave put up black out shades and some other small tasks and was able to diagnose a difficult problem we were having with an electrical issue.

I hired David to do several small jobs around the house and he did a great job, including replacing an exhaust fan, hanging a pot hanger over the kitchen Island, replacing the kitchen faucet, replacing and painting doors and patching some holes in a wall, etc. While it took longer than anticipated, he did a very thorough job and was so very patient with our added chores and with my father in law who just arrived from India and wanted to watch and learn from him! We will be hiring him again for other projects!

Dave was very responsive. Though he arrived a little late, he called in advance to tell me. When he arrived he did a great job putting together a grill, a fire pit, and some new outdoor furniture. He did it much faster than I could have a did a better job at a fair price. I’d definitely work with him again.

Dave did an excellent job on three different projects - re-working a split-rail fence to incorporate a wider double-gate which he built, re-fitting an exterior door, and interior ceiling drywall repairs. He was on time when he promised, honored his estimate and was scrupulous about providing receipt details for parts and supplies.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most homeowners looking for a handyman have tons of little projects in their "Honey do list," Pricing every little thing becomes crazy, so, I offer my services by the hour (only$45 per hour! min. two hours) for those small-drive-you-crazy-projects. Just get many little projects together, and get me! Now, for bigger projects, I will give you a free estimate after seeing the job.
