- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $75 per hour for jobs that take two hours or more. Minimum charge for two hours or less is $170. Estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting a prospective client, we like to see a job to give an accurate estimate of the labor involved and develop a list of materials. We listen as the client goes over their desired work, and ask any questions. We generally provide an estimate by text or via the Thumbtack app within 24 hours (but often sooner).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead handyman Domingo Vidals has 20+ years of on-the-job training. To learn his skills, he apprenticed with skilled plumbers, electricians, carpenters, drywall/finishers and painters in Washington, DC and Maryland. He has worked as a freelance handyman, and been in charge of maintenence for a condominium
