Melvin was great to work with and did an excellent job on a few projects we needed help with (hanging, caulking). He ended up doing more work than he quoted us for at no extra cost, and the work product was excellent. Very strongly recommend working with him!

Melvin did a great job on my back porches! They were in disrepair and damaged from squirrels. He replaced some panels, supports and all screens. Thank you Melvin. I highly recommend his work and will call him back for another project.

Working with Melvin was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our project involved repairing the old, rotten trim around the windows on the exterior of our house, which was in desperate need of attention. Melvin not only addressed our concerns but also delivered impeccable quality that exceeded our expectations.

Throughout the process, he maintained clear and consistent communication, keeping us updated with regular messages and progress pictures. This transparency made us feel involved and reassured that our home was in capable hands.

I wholeheartedly recommend Lainez Contractors to anyone seeking high-quality work. His professionalism and attention to detail truly make a difference!
