A dryer vent was installed into a concrete basement. The job was done quite efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and knew what he was doing. Price was reasonable too. I would use him again.

After a mouse moved in to my kitchen (ewww…) an exterminator suggested that I find a contractor to close up the opening under my kitchen sink. I found Carlos through Thumbtack and I’m very glad I did. He closed up the opening and made sure that any tiny holes that mice could use were filled in. He took special care to make his work look neat even though it was in an area where I’m probably the only one that will see it. Finally, his rate was very reasonable. Some of the businesses I contacted on yelp gave me estimates that were 6 or 7 times more. I hope I don’t need maintenance help again anytime soon, but when I do, I will definitely use Carlos and M-Maintenance again!
