FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing, and can often beat or match other photographer/videographer estimates. However, in general, pricing will closely match my set prices that I have available to view per project (especially, on weekends). Also, this price may change depending on location, or additions/subtractions to a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, at first, we will have a short chat on specifics of the project so I can provide an appropriate estimate. One the project scope has been determined, a new customer will have an estimate confirmed and they can be scheduled. Any other details not initially discussed leading up to shoot day should be communicated in advance to allow preparation (and possible estimate adjustment) on my part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a photographer/videographer at my full time job where have I been working for about 3 years. I have also had artistic training for over 4 years before that in a University setting as well as practice as a hobby.
