I have a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Isabelle is everything all her other clients have written about! She was on time, always prompt in replying and flexible in scheduling. Her cleaning is thorough and complete, she works diligently, and is attentive to the client. Her heart is in it, and it shows she cares about what she does. She is a professional! Isabelle did an AMAZING job of giving my apartment a "deep clean." The place looks unbelievable. If I could give a six star rating, I would, because even the litany of 5 star ratings she had when I booked her services do not seem to do justice to the quality of the work. She is detail-oriented and meticulous, and will stay as long as necessary to do the best job possible rather than clock out after a set time period.

Isabelle went above and beyond to provide same-day service. (We were moving in the next day and upon doing a walk through, learned our unit had not been cleaned. Thus, Isabelle was a lifesaver.)
