I was very pleased with Jose’s cleaning of my carpets. He was polite, friendly, attentive to my cleaning needs, and was concerned about my satisfaction with the job he had done. His service was excellent. My hesitancy in writing this review was a result of the tedious payment process. Having to submit in various payment ways various times bothered me. Nevertheless, I felt that it should not negatively impact on my quality of work review. I was pleased with the overall responsiveness and the communication to my original inquiry all the way to Jose’s arrival
