Katyria went above and beyond cleaning my apartment! She left my apartment absolutely spotless and was very communicative about the length of the cleaning, pricing/payment, and the steps she took to ensure my apartment was left in great condition. She was very personable and a joy to work with. While I was only looking for a one-time service, I plan to schedule monthly recurring cleanings with her because of the wonderful job she did. Truly worth every penny!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable. My starting price is $120. My prices vary based on the condition and sqft of your property. You will ultimately get your money worth of the extreme work I perform wholeheartedly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy process- Please provide Name, phone number and address to property that will be worked on. Please provide helpful photos and videos for an estimated quote. We then schedule a day and time for appointment and we are all set!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by professional cleaners at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
