We took time off to have them come and clean but they ended up cancelling because we lived on base, even though we MENTIONED to them that we lived on base. We wasted PTO and now needed to rush to find someone else as we needed to be moved out soon. We would have been able to try and escort them in but they made the decision to cancel without consulting us. They even accused us of not telling them that it would be on base. Sent them proof that we did, only to be ignored.
Details: 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Move out cleaning • Fridge cleaning • No pets in home • Just once
