- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that my prices are based on the size of the home, the type of cleaning (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out), and the frequency of service. I offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), and all fees are clearly explained with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
start with a short phone or in-person consultation to understand the client’s needs and expectations. Then I provide a price quote and schedule the cleaning. On the first visit, I usually do a deep clean to set the standard, and from there we maintain it with regular cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in professional house cleaning. I've also taken courses in eco-friendly cleaning techniques and time management to ensure high-quality service with efficiency and care.
