Even though my property turned out to be very far from where Spring Queens and it didn't work out, still Michael was very welcoming and helpful and answered my inquiries while knowing that we're not going to work together. He was generous with info and guided me in many unknowns in running my first Airbnb.

I had them come to my home to clean up after a party and Alicia did a great job of making sure to put my furniture and electronics back in their place. There were drink stains on carpet and the couch that I thought would never come out and she got it! I will use them again
