- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our fees are slightly higher than most because we pay our employees above minimum wage. We believe that if we pay our employees what they are worth then they will deliver legendary, world class service on every job, every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first find out what the customer want the end result to look like. Once I have an idea of what they want to accomplish, then I communicate a step by step plan to the customer. Once the plan is communicated, the task is executed with the customer walking the finished project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified carpet cleaner and I have a green cleaning certification as well. For the upcoming year, all staff members will complete a 30 hour OSHA cleaning certification.
